To ensure that our customers get the most from their skin care purchases, Skinterra offers price matching. If you find the same product at a lower price on another website, we will match their price.
To take advantage of this policy, simply contact us within 5 days of your purchase
and provide your order number and a link to the site or a website address of
the site where you found the product selling for less. You can e-mail this information to us,
or
call us toll free at 888.216.8174. Once the competing offer is verified, your
refund will be issued within one business day in the same form as your original
payment.
PRICE MATCHING RULES:

Qualifying products must be sold on a non-auction site (eBay is not an acceptable site). |

Qualifying products must be the same size, brand, and product name. |

Skinterra must be able to verify the competitor’s price. |

Promotional codes cannot be used when price matching. |

The prices on the competitor’s site have to be listed in US dollars and product must be shipping from a US address. |

Differences in shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. |

Price matching is valid one time per order. |

Requests for price matching must be received within five days of the purchase date. |
