Check or money order payment by mail:
To pay for your order by check or money order, follow these instructions:
1. After adding all desired products to your basket, proceed to checkout.
2. Fill out all customer information as directed, until your invoice has been generated.
3. Print this invoice out and mail it along with a check or money order

We provide free shipping on all US orders over $50 shipped via USPS
Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and an estimated delivery time
of 2 to
3 business
days.
Orders shipped
to
the
East Coast,
Hawaii and Alaska may take an additional day to arrive. Orders totaling
$500 or more require a signature upon delivery (applies only to first
time customers). You will receive tracking information via e-mail once
your order is processed and
shipped.
If any item is out of stock, it will ship separately as soon as it
is available with no additional shipping charge (applies only to orders
shipped within the US).
Express Mail or FedEx Overnight orders must be placed before 2 pm MST to
arrive on the next business day. Shipments
to smaller cities may take
two
days to arrive. Occasionally, Express Mail or FedEx Overnight shipping
rates may vary from those posted.
If this is the case, we will contact you via e-mail before shipping.
All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary,
Skinterra reserves the right to change your shipping method at no additional
cost. Please note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
FedEx Ground shipment is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
Guam and US
Virgin Islands.
Undeliverable packages returned to Skinterra
due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
will be assessed a $6.50 shipping fee for re-shipment within US, $29.95
for
international re-shipment. Inquiries about packages not received by
the customer must
be forwarded to Skinterra
within
30 days
of purchase.
When you place an order, you can request up to three samples
from the products we carry (there is no sample list) and
if they are available, we will include them with your order*. If the
samples you request are not available, we will send you product samples
that
complement what you have ordered. *You will receive
1 sample when the total of your
order is between $1 to $25, 2 samples when the total of your order
is between $26 to
$50 and 3 or more samples when the total of your order is over $50.

International Orders:
Additional customs charges and/or taxes on international
orders may apply, and are solely the responsibility of the
customer.
Any such
charges are not included in the shipping rates mentioned
above. Some countries may not add customs charges if your
order is a gift. If your order is a gift, check the box to
have it gift-wrapped when checking out. The package will
be marked as a gift on the customs form. Occasionally, international
shipping rates may vary from those posted. If this is the
case, we will contact you via e-mail before shipping. At
times, international orders shipped via Priority Mail International
may take as long as 30 days due to packages being held at
customs. Skinterra is not responsible for such delays and
recommends that you select Express Mail International as
the most efficient international method of shipment.
International orders cannot be shipped to hotels or resorts.
If any item is out-of-stock, your complete order will ship once all items are
in stock and you will be notified by email of any delays.
Please Note: Items returned to us marked "Refused", "Unclaimed", "Unknown" or "Incorrect
Address" are subject to an additional return shipping fee equal
to the cost of the original shipping fee.
Out of Stock Items:
For shipments within the U.S.: We'll notify you by
email if an item from your order is out-of-stock and provide an expected
shipment date. Any out-of-stock items will ship separately at no additional
shipping charge
once they

Processing Time:
Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed on the
same business day or within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday
and Sunday, or on holidays are usually processed on Monday or by
the end
of the next business day.
Hazardous Materials:
Due to air transport regulations, certain products such as aerosol
cans, can only be shipped by ground transportation. For these products,
we offer USPS Ground at $6.50 for orders totaling less than $50 and
free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more or shipment by FedEx
Ground. At this time, these items can only be shipped within the
continental U.S.
(Alaska
not
included). Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses:
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via US Priority
Mail with a delivery confirmation number. Express shipping is not
available to APO/FPO addresses. Please use AE or AP as the state
for APO and
FPO addresses, and select United States as the country. You should
also allow for a longer shipping time to APO/FPO addresses.
Gift Wrap:
Need to have your items gift-wrapped? Just check the box marked "This is a gift order" during
checkout, and your order will be gift wrapped at no additional charge.
Price Matching:
To ensure that our customers get the most from their skin care purchases,

Skinterra will be happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit
within 30 days of purchase. The container must be at least half full.
Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund within
30 days of
purchase.
You must include all parts, pieces, promotional items, gifts with purchase
along with the product's original packaging. Please contact customer
service department,
or
call toll-free 888.216.8174 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
MST) to obtain a return authorization code. Returns will not be accepted
after 30 days*
from the date of purchase. Customers pay for return shipment charges. All
books are non-returnable.
*Please note: Clarisonic, PaloVia and Talika can be
returned for a full refund, or an exchange within 60 days of purchase.
NuFACE, Personal Microderm and StriVectin can be returned
for a full refund, or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Due to
manufacturer specifications, we are unable to accept returns on all
Cor and Scott Barnes products.
Shipping
fees are not refundable on returns. If your order was shipped free,
then our flat rate shipping charge of $6.50
will be deducted
from the total refund amount. This charge does not apply to exchanges
and store credits.
Please allow 7 to 10 business
days for return processing and refunding.
Returns
will
be
credited
in
the
manner of original payment. Inquiries about store credits and exchanges
must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase. Store credits
expire 1 year from the date of issue.
Should an item be received in damaged or defective condition, we
will be happy to replace it. Please
contact our customer service department within 7 days from the
date the item is delivered to you,

If the Clarisonic Skin Care Brush System is defective
at the time of receipt,
please call the manufacturer at 888.525.2747 for replacement.
If the NuFACE Device is defective at the time of receipt, please call
the manufacturer at 888.360.9171 for replacement.
If the PaloVia Device is defective at the time of receipt,
please call the manufacturer at 866.PALOVIA (725-6842) for replacement.
If the Personal
Microderm Device is defective at the time of receipt, please call the
manufacturer at 888.445.4532 for replacement.
If the Supersmile Advanced Sonic Pulse Toothbrush is defective at the
time of receipt, please call the manufacturer at 800.784.7645 for replacement.
Please Note: Manufacturer's warranty applies only to
devices shipped within the US. For devices shipped outside the US, contact
our customer service department for instructions on how to receive a
replacement. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges
and/or customs fees.
Returns will be accepted only with the prior consent of Skinterra
and must have a return authorization code issued by our customer
service

Only two refunds or exchanges are allowed per year without a restocking
fee. All
additional refunds or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking
